1. Refunds

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available if you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Opened or used Shilajit products cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
