1. Refunds

  • We offer refunds only in cases where the product is proven to be damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available if you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


3. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used Shilajit products cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for return.

5. Shipping Costs
